i found the staff very cute and helpful. my room was next to the garage, exceeding expectations. the beds felt comfortable, and the bathroom had good equipment.

friendly receptionist convenient parking
the receptionist was friendly when we arrived late. free public car parking was across the street and very convenient. the neighbourhood was quiet and clean. the beds were comfortable and the room had a sofa and chairs.
the carpet in the room gave an impression of being not well maintained.

retro charm and a warm welcome!

I appreciated the free parking just outside the hotel! plus, catherine was a star. She spoke excellent english and gave helpful directions. breakfast included bacon and eggs alongside a continental selection, i found it very delicious. the common areas had a cute atmosphere, with cozy spots to relax in the bar and lounge.
the bathroom felt a little dated, and i noticed some wear and tear, especially around the flooring! it would benefit from some refurbishment, as it's a little old-fashioned for my taste. it would make it perfect, though.

The hotel is close to the city center and the staff were very helpful. Free parking outside was convenient. The room was quiet. The bed was a decent sized single.

The family room was clean. The room was huge. I was glad to have a lot of space. Staff was so very helpful and cute to me. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
The room had a little small bed. It was not the best but the rest was amazing.
